State Street Motel

We were gifted 2 nights here for Christmas while in-town visiting family! Very clean rooms, great service, very friendly! The cute Christmas note with small stockings was a cute way to add to the Christmas spirit!

This motel far exceeded our expectations. The staff are remarkably friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable and well kept. We were visiting other family in the area. This motel was located in a perfect location for our needs. We highly recommend this place for your stay in the Weiser, Idaho area. We are from south Texas, being retired military have traveled extensively with many, many temporary stays around the country. The State St Motel ranks among the top locations we’ve stayed at while traveling. Thank you much for your hospitality during our stay.

This place is amazing and reminds me of home! I love the little food truck they have in the back! They give you a 10 percent off on your order if you stay with them. It has great diner food!

Loved this place. They were very friendly. Didnt get there till like 2am. And still we're extremely friendly. would definitely recommend. They work hard to keep it nice. And it shows!!!!

I spent six nights here in late October 2025, and want to detail my stay and the reasons you might want to stay here as well. The motel might be called a small "Ma & Pa" place, with cool owners very friendly and eager to please. The rooms are clean and have everything I needed to be comfortable though as a field geologist I've learned not to be too particular. The surrounding neighborhood is composed of nice suburban neighborhood, lots of family and includes those smaller 1930's and 1940's homes that smack of "Home" (capital 'H'). State Street might be a major road in Weiser, but in this sleepy town traffic might get up to a couple of cars a minute during morning and evening rush. So the place is quiet. There's a good Mexican restaurant next door, and a pizza parlor in town that together serve most or all of the non-burgers & fries in town. However, a trailer in the parking lot does serve the usual burgers and fries (on the menu), but if you ask the owner will whip up delicious meals - I had chicken alfredo, a salad, and cake, for a very reasonable price. I would strongly recommend this place to stay, and the fact that I'm writing a detailed review bespeaks that fact. I'm not one of those folks that usually writes anything. If/when I need to come back, I will beeline it for this place. -Rick-

This place is awesome it is more than a motel you’re treated like family here. Everybody is so friendly and looking to help you in whatever it is you need to be at finding a store or giving you directions on how to get some where out of town. The rooms are so clean every time I stay here I feel comfortable and safe. The area is awesome and essentially located and convenient all parts of town. I would never stay anywhere else while I’m in this area but the state street motel.
